WSA are hiring Associate Concept Architects. In this role, you will assist in the creation of visual designs, ensuring they align with project requirements. Capable of taking overall responsibility for overseeing and delivering projects and leading colleagues, to provide design excellence comparable to the highest international standards.  

Alongside the directors and associate directors, in this role you will be expected to set and maintain high standards of design and establish sustainability targets for individual projects.

Design Development & Technical Oversight 

• Assist in presenting design concepts and strategies to clients, executives, or stakeholders, effectively communicating the vision and rationale behind design decisions 
• Responsible for the correctness, accuracy, and complete multi-disciplinary coordination of the design documentation prepared by their assigned team 
• Ensure the quality of technical work produced by the team meets WSA’s Technical Excellence standards 
• Contribute design reviews and presentations to clients and stakeholders 
• Coordinate and develop responses to review comments, tender queries, contractor’s queries, etc.
  
  

Client Engagement & Industry Representation 

• Participate in client meetings and present design ideas when required 
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals 
• Represent the organization at conferences, events, and client meeting
