HONEY is an exclusive agency providing real estate, architectural and project management services for retail brands. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architec to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about architecture and design to contribute to exciting and innovative projects.

Position Overview:
As an Architec you will work closely with architects and project managers to create detailed, accurate technical drawings and plans for a variety of building projects. You will be responsible for producing architectural designs using CAD software and ensuring that all documentation complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify detailed architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Assist architects in the preparation of design concepts, layouts, and schematics for building projects.
• Work from sketches, design briefs, or verbal instructions to develop comprehensive technical drawings.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all drafting work, adhering to design standards, specifications, and building codes.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including construction details, schedules, and material lists.
• Review and incorporate revisions and feedback from architects, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet all technical requirements.
• Prepare and assist with permit applications and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain organized files for design documents and project-related information.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Architectural 
• Proven experience (internship or professional) in architectural drafting or design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
• Ability to produce clear and accurate technical drawings and documents.
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in drafting work.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other team members.
• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, or similar).
• Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) software.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building principles.
• Understanding of construction materials and methods.
