Professional Ethics

OAMi offers its members free help desks for issues related to the practice of the profession.

The help desk provides information on matters relating to ethics with particular reference to the rules of the Code of Ethics: general principles (obligations concerning the public interest and the profession, expertise, titles); duties towards the professional Order; external relations (relations with clients, institutions and third parties); internal relations (relations with colleagues, collaborators and employees); exercise of the profession (fulfilment of duties). Information on disciplinary proceedings, procedures, sanctions, appeals to the CNAPPC.
