Pgt online
Pgt online is a service promoted by OAMi, together with the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscape Architects and Conservationists of the Province of Monza and Brianza, Assimpredil ANCE and Centro Studi PIM: it allows the online consultation of the cartographic documents of the PGT of the Metropolitan City georeferenced on digital cartographic bases.
You can consult the main prescriptive tables of the PGT (territorial government plan) for each municipality: Planning Document, Service Plan, Regulation Plan, Geological Component, with relative legends, as well as the text of the Technical Rules of the Regulation Plan and Building Regulations
The service is updated constantly in response to the amendments to the PGT published in the BURL. (Lombardy Rgion Official Journal)
Starting from the summary page, it is possible to consult all the official documentation of the PGTs in force for the municipalities of the metropolitan city of Milan and the province of Monza and Brianza. It is also possible for professionals to independently georeference tables that have not yet been mapped and superimpose them on the bases available on the portal.
