We are seeking a Mid Architect BIM to join our Milan-based team. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Revit (mandatory) and a strong architectural focus. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious professional to contribute across all project phases — from concept design to delivery — while developing their BIM skills within an international, collaborative environment. Experience in hospitality projects is highly valued and considered a plus. The successful candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to join the team as soon as possible. Remuneration will be based on experience and suitability.

Key Responsibilities

·         Excellent design and presentation skills;

·         Produce design presentations;

·         Develop space plans, detailed designs;

·         Produce design development packages including drawings, schedules, and specifications;

·         Produce materials, hardware, and lighting schedules;

·         Understanding and production of construction details.

Requirements

·         Degree in Architecture;

·         Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field;

·         Proven proficiency in the following: Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Office.
