Role Overview
We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our growing team in Milan. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background, advanced technical expertise in BIM methodologies, and the ability to manage complex workflows across both design and execution phases. Experience in hospitality projects is highly valued and considered a plus but not essential. This role offers the opportunity to shape BIM processes on high-profile international projects.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and manage BIM workflows across all project phases.
· Coordinate multidisciplinary models (architecture, interior, structure, MEP) to ensure data consistency and model integrity.
· Set up and maintain BIM standards, templates, and execution plans (BEPs).
· Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and consultants to integrate design intent into coordinated BIM models.
· Conduct clash detection, data validation, and quality control using Revit and related BIM tools.
· Provide training and support to project teams to ensure efficient use of BIM tools.
·  Manage project documentation, model updates, and version control.

Requirements

·  Degree in Architecture. 

·  4+ years of professional experience in architecture or interior design studios, including BIM coordination role.

·  Excellent command of Autodesk Revit; knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360, and other coordination tools is a plus.

·  Proven experience in developing and managing BIM Execution Plans and families/libraries.

·  Strong understanding of Italian and international BIM standards (UNI 11337, ISO 19650).

·  Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.

·  Fluency in Italian; English is a plus.
