Encotech is an international engineering firm specializing in Construction Supervision and Project Management, with offices in Switzerland and Italy. We are expanding our presence in the United States and are seeking an architect construction site manager / project coordinator to join our team in New Jersey. Candidates must have full legal eligibility to work in the United States and be available to work regularly and consistently on location.

Work authorization requirement
This position is open exclusively to candidates who hold:

-A U.S. Green Card, or a valid U.S. work visa
This requirement is essential, as the role will be based on-site in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Role overview
The selected candidate will join a collaborative team of four professionals and will be responsible for the management, coordination, and supervision of residential construction projects.

Key responsibilities
On Site Construction Management
- Coordinate contractors and oversee all on-site activities during the construction phase.
- Monitor costs, construction quality, and adherence to the project schedule.
- Manage the building handover process, including punch lists and warranty-related issues, ensuring proper project closure.
Pre construction activities
- Support and coordinate the development of execution-level design.
- Prepare and manage procurement processes and tender documentation for contractor selection.
