The 10th edition of the Award, focused on best social housing projects in Europe, has received 22 nominations from Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and Switzerland. The nominated projects are visible online
The deadline for 1nd phase for submitting projects for the Baffa Rivolta 2025 European Architecture Award closed on 10 September 2025. 22 projects were nominated: 1 by Austria, 5 by France, 5 by Italy, 6 by Spain, 4 by Switzerland, and 1 by The Netherlands were nominated.
On premiobaffarivolta.ordinearchitetti.mi.it all projects are visible.

The projects that will pass to the 2nd phase will be selected by the jury composed by effective members Frédéric Chartier, David Lorente Ibáñez, Marco Peverini, Enrico Scaramellini, Paola Viganò and substitute members Maite Garcia Sanchis and Mauro Marinelli. The list of these project will be published within October 14, 2025.
The 2nd phase selected projects will have to send panels for the final selection by November 21, 2025.
