“CODICE DEI BENI CULTURALI E DEL PAESAGGIO”: nuove modalità e procedure

From 24.03.2025 to 31.12.2025

Dalla Soprintendenza, le nuove modalità e procedure previste dal decreto legislativo “CODICE DEI BENI CULTURALI E DEL PAESAGGIO”, n. 42 del 22 gennaio 2024.

Sono indicate nella nota della Soprintendenza - prot. 8821 del 21/03/2025 - le nuove modalità di predisposizione e inoltro delle richieste relative alle procedure del decreto legislativo del 22 gennaio 2004, n. 42, “Codice dei beni culturali e del paesaggio”.
